"Who is responsible for Identity Theft"

THEFT...Theft...theft, Who are those responsible
for the "theft identity", this is now the most occurring major problems that people are now facing in the internet nowadays. For me the identity thefts are those who introduces her/him self to a card holder w/c is specifically the credit card owners, that he/she is so relaxed letting the suspect know his/her private identity, that is why scammers and thieves, had the courage of stealing the properties of the others. Consumers must changed there attitudes at once or as soon as possible so that none of the thieves nor the one that who are planning to do a certain crimes.

The appropriate punishments for the law breakers just like identity theft, for me putting the to jail or "LIFE imprisonment" and also they must pay the debts of their victims, maybe putting the accused one to jail is not enough for them but perhaps it will be the best solution for me and also thieves can be handled. If all of the people are vigilant in a matter way of being observant to anyone especially to strangers, who approaches us in a way of introducing their selves as an employee of that certain company

My advise to the credit card holders or to someone who have any transactions to an any money matters, including me I also had a bank account ,we should not trust immediately to someone or anyone unless that person is accommodated nor he/she to a certain company were are valuable things belong and also be a critic person if needed...
